We always respond to every call we receive so have patience. We return calls in the order we get them.

Replacement Parts

If you don't plan on using one of our trained technicians to repair your tub, we may still be able to help you. We have a variety of in-stock parts for different makes and models of hot tubs. Many times though, we need to order parts from different manufacturers. To make sure you're getting the right part, we ask that you bring any broken parts into the store. As with any business, time is money. There may be a fee involved in the identification, testing and ordering of a replacement part though we will always be upfront with the estimated cost so you know what you're getting into. Sometimes giving up on your old tub and upgrading to a new or reconditioned tub is the best option!
