Remember to drain your spa water and refill according to the instructions outlined in your Owner's Manual to eliminate detergent residue from bathing suits and soap film which may have accumulated in the spa water. It is extremely important that temperatures remain well above freezing during the entire draining and refilling process to prevent costly freeze damage.       More spa care tips at HotSpring.com

“I just drained my tub and refilled it and now it’s not heating!”

If you just drained and refilled your tub and now it's not heating you're not alone.  There is a correct order to shut down and restart your hot tub and it is commonly done wrong.  Turning the breakers off and on in the incorrect order may cause your heater to trip, in which case you would have no heat.   Click to view a printable version of the trouble shooting chart that can walk you through the steps to get your spa working properly again.  If you still need assistance don't hesitate to call us at 800-479-7935.

If you need a new copy of the water care sheet that Mainely Tubs gave you when we delivered your spa you can now print it out by clicking on the proper link below.  These water care sheets are model specific.  You also have to be aware of which ozone system is in your spa.  If you are unsure, you are welcome to call Mainely Tubs at 800-479-7935 and we'll look up your information for you.  Keep in mind that if you upgraded to the Fresh Water III Ozone system, you will need to purchase a replacement Fresh Water III Silver Ion Cartridge every 4 months.
